This class takes after its name sake—love of God and love of neighbor. We study the Bible alternating between the Old and New Testaments with discus-sion and fellowship. There is no age limit! We welcome all who would like to come and participate in our joy and love for God’s world.
Describing themselves as mature adults, this group engages in spirited biblical discussions. Teachers are chosen from the class, each teaching for one month at a time.
More of a concept than a class, this group meets in room at 10am. These mature adults deliberate current events, ideas, books and periodicals sharing both common and conflicting perspectives exploring questions of ethics, ethos, reason, Biblical canon and Christian faith.
New Beginnings Class
This class consists of a diverse group of Christian adults of all ages, denomi-nation and social backgrounds, and professions. We are working our way through the Bible doing deep dive studies each week on individual chapters of the Bible. We leverage our diversity to interpret the scripture and share per-sonal experiences that help us fully understand God’s message. This class will definitely help you grow in your faith journey with Christ and we humbly invite you to join us.
A class for adults (in their 30's, give or take) who alternate studying relevant social concerns from a biblical perspective and a Bible book or theme.
We are a group of adults (all ages) seeking to grow spiritually. While we may be on different paths at different times we are united in our beliefs in God’s love, grace, and peace. Our Bible studies utilize DVDs and text books. In the summer months, we discuss lessons from The Upper Room.
S.A.L.T. - Serving and Learning Together
This class varies their lessons with Bible study, contemporary issues, life events and video-based studies. We participate in church projects and class get-togethers for fun and fellowship. This class is a lively group who enjoys studying and sharing their faith, laughing (and sometimes crying) together.
This group of active Baby Boomers enjoys the fellowship provided by Bible study, interesting book studies and service projects.
World Service Class
Discussions are based on the lessons from the Adult Bible Studies series. These lessons explore the biblical message and how to apply it to daily life.
